Across all of our cookware lines, the surfaces that touch your food are made without PFAS (including PTFE and PFOA), lead and cadmium. Every product is backed by independent lab third-party testing and meets FDA and LFGB food-contact safety standards.
That depends on the model:
- Ceramic Nonstick Always Pan: our standard Always Pan has a body made from 100% certified post-consumer recycled aluminum, coated with Thermakind® ceramic nonstick coating made without PFAS—including PTFE and PFOA—as well as lead and cadmium.
- Titanium Always Pan Pro: a tri-ply construction with a stainless-steel exterior, aluminum core, and textured titanium cooking surface made without a coating and without PFAS.
- Cast Iron Always Pan: cast iron with a matte enamel surface made without PFAS.
Our ceramic nonstick coating, Thermakind™, is mainly comprised of a sand derivative, water, and alcohol, and is made without PFAS (including PTFEs and PFOAs), lead and cadmium.
Every food-contact surface in the Wonder Oven Pro is made from high-performing materials like stainless steel and ceramic nonstick coatings. These surfaces are also made without PFAS, also known as Forever Chemicals, making the Wonder Oven Pro one of the best air fryers on the market.
Every Our Place pan is induction-compatible, with a magnetic-friendly base for fast, even heat. Whether you’re thinking about our Titanium or Ceramic nonstick line, all nonstick surfaces are made without PFAS (including PTFEs and PFOAs), lead, and cadmium.

Great question! In general we recommend using high smoke-point oils, avoiding aerosol cooking sprays, using low to medium heat and avoiding extreme temperature changes (think a hot pan being put under cool water immediately after cooking). Always hand wash, too!
Each product has some unique characteristics though so we'll outline those below but let us know if you have any more specific questions.
We will outline some care tips below but check out this article on care & use, too!
Always Pan, Mini Always Pan, Perfect Pot, Mini Perfect Pot - Version 2.0
Before its first use, a quick hand wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge will do! You'll always want to use low to medium heat to preserve the nonstick coating. Not to worry though, it is great at getting and staying hot!
Preheat gently. Start by preheating over low-to-medium heat for 90 seconds to bring your cookware to the appropriate temperature before adding oil, butter or fat. Don’t preheat for longer than 90 seconds without oil, butter, or fat.
Version 2.0 is compatible with all stovetops and is oven safe up to 450°F with or without the lid.
The beechwood utensil can also conveniently rest on the handle while cooking! It should always be hand washed and dried to not retain too much water. Throwing it in the dishwasher can ruin it, so please stick to hand-washing! We also recommend oiling it about once every month to avoid it drying out and cracking. You can use our Coconut Care Oil or any mineral oil to get it moisturized.
The pan body and handles will get hot. Please be sure to handle all cookware with caution. We recommend using an oven mitt or our hot grips while cooking!
The exterior coating on our nonstick products can stain, so we recommend safely wiping away any drips so they don't burn onto the outside. If there is some staining, though, you can use a mixture of baking soda and dish soap to try and scrub the stains away and then rinse off with warm water. We don't recommend any harsher cleaning options as they can damage the color of your cookware. We also think a nice lived-in look is a great sign of a happy home cook!
Already in a sticky situation? Try boiling water with a few tablespoons of baking soda. Usually if you experience sticking, it's due to a thin film over the coating. This should remove that and get you slipping and sliding again!
A note for the Perfect Pot: Both handles on our full size Perfect Pot are helper handles so they'll both get hot when cooking. Use oven mitts or hot grips while cooking.
Always Pan, Mini Always Pan, Mini Perfect Pot - Version 1.0
With our previous version you can follow nearly all the same care instructions however it is NOT oven safe. We launched our Mini Always Pan 2.0 July 17, 2023 and our Original Always Pan 2.0 on April 10th, 2023. If you purchased before those respective dates, you may have Version 1.0. If you purchased directly from us and you're not sure, please reach out to us so we can check! We can usually tell with a few photos as well since there were some cosmetic changes, too.
Cast Iron Always Pan, Cast Iron Perfect Pot, Tiny Cast Iron + Hot Grill
To clean your cast iron, stick to hand-washing only to ensure your pan looks and functions its best. Please also dry immediately afterwards. Do not let it sit in soapy water, as this can damage the enameled cast iron coating. If your cast iron product has any cooked-on bits of food you'd like to remove, you can deglaze it by simmering water with baking soda and breaking up any stubborn bits with the beechwood spatula.
Re-oiling the interior surface: If your cast iron is not performing as desired, rub a tablespoon or two of vegetable oil over the interior and heat on medium for 3-5 minutes. Afterwards, wipe away any excess oil once cooled. You can repeat this monthly or as desired before cooking or storing.
Our cast iron products may patina over time, but we understand wanting to remove stains on its exterior. Exterior stains can be removed with a little Bon Ami (or Bar Keeper's Friend) and some elbow grease. Usually, soap, water and a little elbow grease should do the trick!
Our Hot Grips are dishwasher-safe! We highly recommend only using them while actively moving your cast iron. They will get hot if left on for a long time on the stovetop and definitely in the oven (defeating their purpose!).
The Beechwood Spatula should always be hand-washed and dried to not retain too much water. Throwing it in the dishwasher can ruin it, so please stick to hand-washing! We also recommend oiling it about once every month to avoid it drying out and cracking. You can use our Coconut Care Oil or any mineral oil to get it moisturized.
All our cast iron products are oven safe! Below please find our maximum temperature recommendations by product:
- The Cast Iron Perfect Pot, Tiny Cast Iron, Hot Grill are all oven-safe up to 500°F.
- The Cast Iron Always Pan is oven-safe up to 425°F with lid and 500°F without the lid.
The Titanium Pro Collection (including the utensils) is dishwasher safe, so if you have one, just toss it in for a cycle after cooking. Or, you can hand wash the pots and pans with a bristle brush — be sure to scrub between the dots to get rid of any stubborn food or residue buildup.
To clean the exterior, use a soft sponge with warm, soapy water to avoid scratches. If any pesky spills occur, be sure to wipe them from the outside of the pan before they have a chance to burn. To keep that high-shine Chrome exterior looking good, use a bit of white vinegar and a soft cloth to buff out fingerprints.
To keep the NoCo® nonstick technology in the best possible shape, we recommend rubbing a teaspoon of neutral oil into the interior after cleaning and before storage.
Note: Always allow your pots and pans to fully cool before cleaning. Avoid any extreme temperature changes!
Like any high-performance appliance, the Wonder Oven Pro will reward a little regular care with years of great cooking. We’ve designed every part to be as easy to clean as possible, but there are a few rules worth following:
- Hand-wash for longevity: The bake pan, wire racks, air fryer basket and crumb tray should never go in the dishwasher. Hand-washing will keep them looking and performing their best.
- Cool before cleaning: Always unplug the oven and let it cool completely before wiping down the interior.
- Use gentle cleaners: Wipe the walls and base with a soft, damp cloth or non-abrasive sponge and mild soap. Avoid harsh abrasives, oven sprays, or steel wool pads, which can damage the finish.
- Deep clean occasionally: For stubborn spots, make a gentle paste of baking soda and vinegar. Spread it on the affected area, let sit for a few minutes, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- Care for the heating elements: Gently wipe quartz elements with a damp cloth only — never scrub, remove, or touch the protective cage.
Maintain the crumb tray: Empty and clean it regularly to prevent smoking and carbonized residue.
Restoring a sticky nonstick pan is an easy and straightforward process. Here’s a step-by-step on how to get sticky grease off pans:
- Soak the pan in warm, soapy water to help loosen stubborn residue.
- After soaking, use a soft non-abrasive sponge (not steel wool or anything scratchy) with mild dish soap to gently scrub the pan.
- Deglaze the pan if it still feels sticky. Boil water with a few tablespoons of baking soda. Once it cools, scrub gently using the paste. This method helps dissolve lingering residue that’s tough to remove.
- For tougher, stuck-on residue, create a baking soda and vinegar paste. Let it sit for 15 to 30 minutes before scrubbing and rinsing thoroughly. This technique also works wonders for drips and stains on the pan’s exterior (though some natural patina over time is normal).
- Dry the pan with a towel or let it air dry completely before storing it.
To prevent any further sticking, make sure that you:
- Use high smoke point oils like avocado, grapeseed, or canola for cooking.
- Avoid overheating your pan and preheat it with oil.
- Use the right utensils like wood or silicone for the Ceramic nonstick Always Pan.
- Skip the dishwasher. Handwash your pans with a soft sponge for best results/
- Avoid harsh cleaners.
- Let your pan cool before washing.
For best results, we recommend using the components and accessories that come with the Wonder Oven. But, that said, you can use any heat-proof, oven-safe dish, and aluminum foil where necessary to provide a protective layer – ensure the foil does not come in contact with the heating elements or side walls of the oven. Never use foil to cover any part of the oven or accessories. Do not put the following in the Wonder Oven to cook: parchment paper, baking paper, paper baking cups, plastic, or silicone.
The Wonder Oven Pro will automatically preheat on Air Fry, Bake, Roast, Broil, and Reheat modes. Toast, Proof, and Dehydrate skip the preheat so you can get started right away.
The Wonder Oven is equipped with a reheat function, making it perfect for reheating pizza, meats, or pastries. Use caution when reheating soups and never heat in plastic containers.
Use the wire rack or bake pan depending on the food. Position 2 works well for most items, while Position 1 keeps messier foods contained. From fridge-cold, a temperature of 300–325°F is ideal; to simply keep food warm, set to 200°F and add 5 mL (1 teaspoon) of water to the steam inlet once preheated for extra moisture.
Use the Grain Measuring Cup included with your Rice Cooker whenever possible. The included cup is 3/4 of a standard measuring cup (which is the standard for rice cooker measuring cups), and the water lines inside the pot are based on that included cup.
For white and brown rice varieties, add the dry rice first, then fill with water to the matching line. For example, use 1 included cup of rice, or 3/4 standard cup, and fill water to Line 1 so grain and water together meet the line.
Do not use 1 standard measuring cup of rice and fill to Line 1, since Line 1 is designed for the smaller included cup.
For other grains, follow the included Grain Guide using the grain measuring cup. To convert any measurement to a standard measuring cup, multiply by 0.75.
In general, use the same measuring cup for both rice and water. As a general guide, use 1 standard cup of white long grain rice to 1-1.25 cups water, 1 cup jasmine rice to 1 cup water, 1 cup basmati rice to 1.25 cups water, 1 cup sushi rice to 1 cup water, 1 cup brown rice to 1.75 cups water, and 1 cup wild rice to 3 cups water. We recommend rinsing rice 2-3 times before cooking, or until the water runs clear, selecting the correct setting, letting the rice rest for 5-10 minutes after cooking, then fluffing and serving. Do not exceed the max fill line.
You can use our Dream Cooker for many things:
Pressure Cook: Pressure cooking is the process of cooking food under pressurized steam and liquid in a sealed vessel. High pressure helps to limit boiling and create higher temperatures, which cook foods faster than other cooking methods. This cooking mode is the recommended method for foods that are unlikely to overcook, such as soups and stews, or for foods you wish to cook quickly. Most foods cook under high pressure, which helps to break them down and cook faster. Foods that are sensitive to overcooking (like rice, pasta, and eggs) cook better with low pressure.
Slow Cook: Slow cooking is a method used to cook foods slowly over a long period of time using low, steady and moist heat. With slow cooking, recipes that call for High temperature usually cook in 4 – 6 hours, while recipes that call for Low temperature usually cook in 8 – 10 hours.
Saute/Sear: Use the Saute/Sear mode like you would use a skillet or saute pan on the stove. (Except you won’t have another pot or pan to clean!) Searing (or browning meat) prior to slow cooking or pressure cooking helps develop and enhance flavors. We recommend setting the temperature to High while searing. Sauteing veggies or infusing herbs and aromatics into broths before cooking is another great way to boost your recipes. We recommend setting the temperature to either Low or Medium while sauteing.
Keep Warm: Keep Warm can be used as its own mode to keep foods warm or to reheat foods like soups, stew and warm beverages. When Keep Warm is used at the end of the cooking process, the timer will count up to a maximum of 8 hours. Once 8 hours is reached, the appliance will automatically shut off.
