Cooking

Use low-to-medium heat for optimal results. The aluminum body heats quickly and evenly.
Never heat an empty pan. Use a small amount of high-smoke-point oil or butter when cooking.
Oven safe up to 450°F (body); tempered glass lid is oven safe up to 425°F.
Avoid aerosol sprays to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.
Use wooden or silicone utensils to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.
Use caution when handling. Handles and knob may become hot during stovetop use or in the oven. Always use heat protection when handling hot cookware.

Cleaning

Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe.
Let it cool completely before cleaning.
No harsh scrubbing or abrasives are needed with our ceramic nonstick coating.
